- SSN - Social security number you would to run a trace on. SSN is the only we field we actually use when executing the search.
- FirstName: Used with options provided below to post-filter resultant records.
- LastName: Used with options provided below to post-filter resultant records.

- DOB - Used with options provided below to post filter resultant records.
